Refund/ Exchange

At Classy Cowgirl we understand that sometimes items don’t fit just right and you need to make a return.  Please read below to understand our return policy. We have refund OR store credit options.

Store Credit OR Refund: Items can be returned within 14 days of you receiving them. If you want to exchange, please put item and size you want to exchange for on  a note inside package. If you want a REFUND please be sure to write it in your package so our team knows. You can also request store credit.

Please keep in mind all sale priced items, swim and earrings are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Items on SALE, will have the word SALE in the title.

Returned products must not be damaged and product should be unworn and unwashed, without makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, or smoke smell. Tags must still be attached. 

Please DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping container when returning shoes.  This means that shoes/shoebox must be placed inside another box or in some sort of packaging like they were shipped to you.
