WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, our shipping department emails each customer when their package leaves our warehouse. It is very important to make sure you type in the correct email address on your order so that our shipping notice and tracking information reaches you.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

If your package is lost by the post office in transit and the anticipated delivery time has passed, we will file a claim on your behalf and reship your package without further delay.

If the U.S. Postal Service reports that they have delivered your package but you have not received it, you need to contact your local post office with your tracking number. Many times your postal carrier has put the package by a door you don't normally use or possibly at a neighbors house. Occasionally they may also hold the package at your local post office for you to pick up. This is not information we have access to....you will need to speak to them personally.

WE NOW OFFER FREE insurance up to $100

 Once the package leaves here and is scanned by the post office, we no longer assume any responsibility.  At that point it becomes the responsibility of the post office.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER, SIMPLY RETURN WITH NOTE STATING IF STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.  IF EXCHANGE, PLEASE LIST ITEM AND SIZE TO EXCHANGE FOR.  ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED  WITHIN 14 DAYS!! ( That means items must be delivered back to me and in my possession within 14 days of order being delivered to you). ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN UNWORN, UNWASHED CONDITION WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED.  WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURN LABELS SINCE WE PAY TO SEND THE EXCHANGE OUT TO YOU.

Classy Cowgirl Co does offer refunds on items returned to us ( in our possession) within 7 days of you receiving the order. Store credit is issued for items returned 8-14 days after you receive them.
